Bridget Burghardt

Executive Director

Bridget Burghardt is the Executive Director for Pomeroy Living Rochester Assisted. She believes in creating a family like atmosphere between the residents and the staff.  Bridget says “We should treat everyone as if they are our family and as we work closely with them every day, they do become our Pomeroy Family. The same is true in working with our co-workers, if we treat everyone like family and learn to work with and grow from each other. Together our “Pomeroy Living Family” can be a great place to live and work” Bridget has been working in Skilled Nursing homes for the last 9 years. She feels lucky to have worked with Pomeroy Living for the last year and a half as the Assistant Administrator at Pomeroy Living Sterling Skilled Rehabilitation, and now the Executive Director at Pomeroy Assisted Living Rochester. She is a  Certified Dietary Manager and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Keith V. Moore

Director of Culinary

A Detroit native, Keith was born and raised in Clinton Township. He got his culinary Degree in 2014 from Macomb Community College. Because cooking his passion, creating and preparing delicious food comes easy. At Pomeroy his role is especially rewarding because he loves his residents (who he endearingly calls “his babies”). Keith attributes his affinity with seniors to the fact he was raised by his grandparents and with great joy. “I thank my “babies” for letting me serve them”. Keith said. “It is truly a blessing.”

Lea Caruso

Activity Director

Lea graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy. She continued her education by becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Lea has worked in senior living for just over 3 years and enjoys fulfilling the lives of our seniors! Her passion for the industry came through her own personal experiences of dealing with dementia in her own family. She loves planning meaningful & purposeful activities for our assisted living & memory care residents each month. When she’s not at work, you can find Lea spending time with her boyfriend, family, friends, and new puppy, Rocky! In her free time, she likes to do crafts, workout & travel to Northern Michigan to spend her summers in Charlevoix. Growing up in Rochester, it is only fitting that she is part of our Rochester family now!
